It’s been a year working here and like any other working environment, I have faced challenges that had made me grow in my professional driving experience. I got to meet different customers and our management always gave us guidelines on how to work with difficult clients, this makes it easier to work on a daily basis. At first I had my doubts on my customer- service skills until our management gave us pointers on customer service delivery videos and quiz which came in handy.
