I have completed my Honors degree in Public Administration (2014) and Bachelor’s Degree in Administration (2013); the nature of my degree course has prepared me to be able to handle almost any queries that come with statutory frameworks and management policies at a professional level. It involved a great deal of team work, requiring initiative, self-motivation, confidence and a wide range of skills. The nature of the Honors degree’s scope exposed me to the research process and all its facets in order to be equipped for participation and contribution to the research projects in the work environment. It thus address scientific research, ethical principles and behavior in research. I always put emphasis on meeting deadlines. I am user-oriented, pro-active, flexible, innovative, detailed person, interactive and delivery-driven. I complete tasks with energy and passion. I have excellent interpersonal communication skills. I am able to constantly interact with members of a group and build and maintain constructive relationships. I am competent in completing tasks individually and unsupervised. I am always willing to volunteer in order to gain necessary experience needed in the corporate environment. I have not only the ability to take on the responsibility right away but also the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I make the success of it.
